SuDoKu Fresh
Help Us Test SuDoKu Fresh on Android
We are preparing SuDoKu Fresh for release on the Google Play Store and need Android users to take part in Google’s required closed-testing program. We would be very grateful if you could join the test, try the app during the testing period, and remain enrolled for at least 14 days.
There is no charge to participate, and no special technical knowledge is required.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after I register?
We will add your Google Play account email address to the official Google Play tester list and send you a Google Play testing link.
This might take a day or so.
Open that link while signed in with the same Google account, choose the option to join the test, and then install SuDoKu Fresh from Google Play.
Why do you need testers?
Google requires us to complete a closed test before SuDoKu Fresh can be made publicly available on the Google Play Store.
We need at least 12 testers to remain opted in continuously for 14 days.
What do I need to take part?
You need:
- an Android phone or tablet;
- a Google account that you use with Google Play; and
- a little time to install and try SuDoKu Fresh.
How do I sign up?
Complete the Register as a Tester form on this page.
Please provide the Google account email address that you use with the Google Play Store on your Android device. This is important because it may not be the email address you normally use.
Is registering my email address enough?
No. This is important.
Giving us your email address allows us to add you to the tester list, but Google does not count you as participating until you follow the Google Play testing link and opt in to the test.
What do I have to do during the test?
Simply use SuDoKu Fresh much as you would any other game.
Try some puzzles, explore the settings and features, close and reopen the app, and generally see how it behaves.
There is no complicated testing procedure.
Do I have to use the app every day?
No.
We would like you to use it several times so that the test represents genuine use, but you do not have to play every day.
The important requirement is that you remain opted in continuously for at least 14 days.
What sort of feedback do you want?
If you encounter a problem, confusing screen, display issue or anything else that does not seem right, please let us know what happened.
If possible, also tell us what Android phone or tablet you were using.
If everything works properly, that is useful feedback too.
Does it cost anything?
No. There is no charge to participate in the closed test.
How long does the test last?
Google requires testers to remain opted in continuously for at least 14 days.
Please do not leave the testing program during that period.
